Terms

Studio Light Room provides its secure website and related services subject to the following Terms. Studio Light Room reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time without any prior notice to you. BY USING THE STUDIO LIGHT ROOM WEBSITE OR RELATED SERVICES, YOU AGREE AND ARE LEGALLY BOUND TO OUR TERMS, PRIVACY POLICY AND ANY REVISIONS THAT APPLY.

1. Your Account
You agree to provide Studio Light Room with current and true contact information and to update your account if any changes to your contact information occur. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to accept full responsiblity for all activity that may occur under your password or account. Studio Light Room has the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Submitted Content
You guarantee and it is your responsibility that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, logos, trademarks, or other artwork submitted (uploaded to website, emailed, mailed or delivered on CD or DVD or by FTP) to Studio Light Room are owned by you, or that the you have written permission from the copyright owner to use each of these elements.

Studio Light Room reserves the right to refuse any order that we feel contains any photos, artwork or text that are of abusive, pornographic, obscene, unlawful, harmful or racist nature.

3. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Studio Light Room harmless from all judgements, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorneys fees and costs of litigation arising out of or based on: text, graphics, photos, designs, logos, trademarks, or other artwork you submit to Studio Light Room, your use of the Studio Light Room website, your violation of any rights of a third party, your violation of these Studio Light Room Terms.

4. Crop of File
Files may need to be cropped by Studio Light Room to meet your specific size. We will use our best judgement when cropping your image unless specific instructions are given. Prints cannot be returned due to Studio Light Rooms judgement of crop.

5. Image Quality
Studio Light Room cannot be held responsible for quality concerns relating to a poor quality original, user errors such as spelling, or missing elments.

6. Color of Print
Files will be produced representing the true color values of the file and NOT how they are displayed on your monitor.

7. Printed Proofs
If you select to receive a printed proof, Studio Light Room will produce an 8” x 10" (approximate size) printed proof of your file and ship it to your desired location. This proof must be reviewed and checked for color, content and crop. You must reply to Studio Light Room in an email with written approval for Studio Light Room to begin final production.

8. Pricing and Product
Studio Light Room reserves the right to revise our pricing, products and material at anytime without any prior notice.

9. Cancellation Poilcy
Once orders are placed through the Studio Light Room website they are final and cannot be cancelled.

10. Return Policy
Studio Light Room offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and will offer an exchange or full refund of your money for any items that you are not completely satisfied with. Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery. You must contact Studio Light Room to notify reason for return at 866.921.6359. Items must be returned in its orginal condition, using the orginal packaging and in the original shipping box. Studio Light Room does not offer shipping credit on returns and is not responsible if items are lost or damaged on return.

11. Shipping
Orders will be shipped via UPS or delivered by one of our drivers if shipment is going to a location in Orange County, California, at the same cost as your chosen shipping method. UPS shipments will be shipped ground or overnight. Ground and Overnight shipments will ship when the order is complete and not when the order is placed. Depending on order size, orders usually ship in 5 days from when order was placed. Average delivery time is 1 to 5 business days depending on your chosen shipping method. All order placed through this website must ship to a U.S. address. For overseas shipments or any special shipping arrangements, please contact us. We will not ship to post office boxes.

12. Misc.
Studio Light Room retains the right to display any photograph captured of uploaded images during any phase of production as examples of our work in our respective portfolio.

13. Disclaimer
We take great pride in producing your order and all orders will be produced at our highest quality. It is your risk and responsibility for any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages that may arise from the use of your purchased product from Studio Light Room. Studio Light Room cannot be held liable for any losses.
