I just placed an order online. How long will it take to receive it?
Standard production time for most orders is 5 business days. Please allow additional days for shipping. Large quantity orders may take more time. You may check the status of your order by emailing us at customerservice@studiolightroom.com and just ask us “whats the status of my order.” For rush orders please contact us.

What is the biggest print size I can get from my file?
If you are unsure how big a print we can be produce from your file with no less than satisfactory results, please contact us and we will evaluate your file prior to you placing an order. The resolution of your file should be a minimum of 150 dpi at your final print size. We will contact you if your file will produce a poor quality print.

I am an Etsy Seller, Artist or Photographer and my prints are for resale. Do you offer discounted pricing for us?
Yes, we offer resale pricing for anyone who will be reselling their prints. Please contact us for discounted pricing.

What type of files do you accept?
We accept .jpeg, .pdf, .tiff, .eps, .psd, .ai and .indd files. If submitting an Illustrator file or InDesign file please make sure to package all the elements into a single zipped folder. Include all links and outline the fonts.

What if I want a print size not listed in your menu?
If the size you want is not listed in our menu, please select the closest option we offer to your final print size, then under special instructions please list the exact size you want.

Do you offer retouching services?
Yes, we do offer retouching services. Please contact us with your specific requests and we will give you a price quote.

Can I see a proof before final printing?
Yes, at your request and free of charge we can send you an electronic proof (PDF) via email prior to producing your order for approval. You also have the option when placing an order to have a printed proof mailed to you for an additional $20.00.

Does my file need to be RGB or CYMK?
We accept both RGB and CYMK files.

Can I use pantone colors in my file?
Yes, you can use pantone colors in your file. With our color managed workflow we can either match or come within 10% of your pantone color.

Can you print on other materials not mentioned on your site?
Yes, we can print on other materials. Although we only mention our most popular materials on the site, we have several choices to meet the needs of your print projects. Please contact us to discuss.

Do you offer mounting and laminating?
Yes, we can mount to various substrates including: foamcore, gatorboard and sintra. Lamination options include: matte, glossy or luster. Please contact us for pricing.
