Wow! Thanks to everyone who has voted for our Cardiff Sunset photo that was recently posted to Surfline and achieved highest rankings for Southern California. Not sure how long we will maintain at the top, but we don’t really care, just stoked people are enjoying the shot.

This photo sums up how I wish everyday came to a close - beautiful sunset, oil glass and overhead waves. These shots were recently taken during a classic summer day at Malibu. It was great to get up there again and getting one all the way across first point made my day. Once the tide dropped and the rocks got exposed it was time to grab the camera.
